White Chicken Chili

Ingredients
1 medium onion, finely chopped (about .5 cup)3 tablespoons olive oil1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained6 tablespoons flour2 teaspoons ground cumin4 cans (15 ounce) Great Northern Beans2 can (14.5 ounce) chicken broth4 finely chopped cooked chicken breasts
Directions
In large skillet, cook onion inoil for 4 minutes or until transparent. Add chiles, flour and cumin; cook and stir for 2 more minutes. Add beans and chicken broth; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 10 minutes or until thickened. Add chicken; cook until hot. Garnish with shredded co-jack cheese, sour cream and/or salsa (not included in calculations).
