Ingredients I:4 cups oats1/2 cup chopped nuts1/4 cup sunflower seeds1/2 cup coconut1/4 cup craisinsIngredients II: BLEND1 ripe banana1/4 cup water1/2 cup dates1/4 tsp. salt
Combine ingredients I & II. Put mixture on baking sheets, spread thinly. Bake 90 minutes at 200 degrees, turning every 30 minutes, until golden brown, hard and dry. Turn oven off leave granola in the oven while it totally drys.
