1 can black beans, drained & rinsed1 can kidney beans, drained & rinsed1 cup quick cooking oats2 TB ketchup2 TB yellow mustard2 TB worchestershiresalt, pepper, other seasonings to taste
Mash beans in a mixing bowl. Add condiments and seasonings to taste (I like to add garlic salt, chile powder, cumin and grill seasoning. Sometimes I use BBQ sauce instead of ketchup or mustard.) Mix well. Add oats and mix until fully incorporated. Shape patties and bake on a parchment-lined cookie sheet at 400 degrees. Flip once at 10 minutes, then cook another 10 for a total of 20 minutes.
