Chicken and portabello pasta with spinach

1lb of chicken cut into chunks1 1/5 cups of Farfalle pasta prepared1/8 cup each of onion and green pepper4 cups of fresh spinach5 ounces of baby bella mushrooms sliced (or any mushrooms really, I just prefer portabello)1 tbs of olive oilGarlic powdersalt and pepperoregano
Brown chicken with non stick, non fat spray, salt and pepper if desired.
Remove from pan and set aside
Saute the mushrooms, garlic, spinach, onion, and green pepper till spinach and onions are tender
Coat prepared pasta with olive oil, add garlic powder, oregano and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix chicken, veggies and pasta together
Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
