1 12oz.pckg Broccoli Slaw1 C dry roasted peanuts1 C sunflower seeds2 pckg. (any flavor) Ramen Noodles--crushed1 green onion-choppedDressing: 1/4 C. hot water1/4 C. sugar1/2 C. veg. oil1/3 C. vinegar2 packets of Ramen Noodles seasoning
Crush Ramen Noodles while still in package, then remove seasoning packets. Mix package of slaw, noodles, nuts, and onions together.
Dissolve sugar in hot water, add remaining ingredients, including the seasoning packets and mix well. Pour over slaw salad.
Serving Size: Makes approx. 10-12 1/2 servings
