Simple Cabbage Sabzi

Ingredients
Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, large (about 7" dia) (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)*Potato, raw, 1 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) (remove)Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Chop Cabbage and onions and potato.
Heat oil. Add mustard seeds. Let sparkle!
Add onions let it carmelize.
Add chillie powder,turmeric, cook.
Add potato and cauliflower. cook for 20 mins
