Red Hot Kidney Bean Burgers

One Can Kidney Beans- approx 15 oz.Half an onion, mincedOne carrot, mincedChili powder, paprika, coriander, cumin, sage, hot sauce, black pepper, etc.3 cloves garlic and 1 t salt1/2 C vital wheat gluten1/4 C bread crumbsnutritional yeastwater (1/4-1/8 Cup)
In your food ninja: place clove and salt and blend up to make a paste. Add onion, carrot (or other veggies you like to add texture) and pulse until small minced texture. Add the beans, drained and pulse a few times- you want a chunky mix with some half beans, not a hummus texture. Move mixture to a bowl and season with desired seasonings. Add bread crumbs, mix and then add the nutritional yeast and gluten at the end. Mix until disappears into beans mix, but then ad just a little water to help the vital wheat gluten do it's magic. Form into 6-8 patties,place into refrigerator for 30 mins to an hour and then fry in a nonstick pan on medium heat 5 minutes per side. Would probably grill up nice, but I have not tried this yet.
