Byson or Buffalo Ground, 113 grams (remove)Red Kidney Bean Dry, 3 cup (remove)Pinto Beans Dry, 3 cup (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)Chili powder, 1 tbsp (remove)*Lea & Perrin's Worchestershire Sauce, 2.5 tsp (remove)Crystal Louisana’a Pure Hot Sauce, 2 tsp (remove)Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Deli Sliced Jalapeno Peppers, .5 cup (remove)Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)Hunt's Tomato Sauce w/ Basil Garlic & Oregano, 8 oz (remove)*Cumin seed, 1 tsp (remove)
Soak Beans over night. Brown meat with onion, celery, peppers ,garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Mix all ingredients in crock pot cook on low all day till dinner time.
