Homemade Chocolate Chip Cookies with Oatmeal

Butter, salted, 1 cup (remove) Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed (remove) Granulated Sugar, 1 cup (remove) Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove) Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 2 tspAll Purpose Flour, 2 cup Baking Soda, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Oats, 2.5 cup semi sweet chocolate chips, 8 tbsp
Cream together butter and sugars. Add eggs one at a time. add vanilla and beat well. Add flour with soda, baking powder and salt. Mix well. Grind oatmeal into flour with a blender; add and mix. Mix in chips.
Roll into ping pong size balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 F for 7-9 minutes. Cool on sheet for 1 minute and remove to cool completely.
