2 packs of instant mashed potatoes (i prepared it with 1.5% fat milk, i think the recipe is calculated with 3.9% fat and some butter)endive salad (about a half a head)sauteed onionvinegarsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
dice & sautee onions
wash & slice endive in thin strips
prepare mashed potatoes according to package
mix endive into mashed potatoes, season as you please
top with onions
