Slow Cooker Black Bean & Sausage Soup

Ingredients
1 can (14.5 oz) Black Beans, Rinsed1 lb Ground Pork Sausage1/2 cup Diced Tomatoes1 cup Chopped Carrots1 Yellow Onion, Large2 cloves Garlic2 Shallots4 cups Chicken Broth2 tspn Worchestershire Sauce1/2 tspn Dried Italian Seasoning1/4 tspn Crushed Red Pepper (to taste)
Directions
1. Chop onion & shallots, mince garlic.

2. Mix with sausage and cook in large pan on stovetop. Drain and discard fat.

3. Place mixture and all other ingredients into slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours.

Serving Size: Makes about 8 one cup servings
