Vegetable-Beef Soup

Ingredients
Tomato juice, without salt added, 18 fl oz Onions, raw, .33 cup, chopped Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp Chili powder, .25 tsp Bay Leaf, 1 tbsp, crumbled Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 2 cup Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels Green Beans (snap), 2 cup *Potato, raw, 1 cup diced Beef chuck, 2.5 lb
Directions
Combine meat, tomato juice, onion, seasonings, and 6 cups of water in soup kettle. Cover and simmer 2 hours. Cut meat from bones into large cubes; strain broth and skim off excess fat. Add meat and vegetables; cover and simmer 1 hour.
