Green Beans (snap), 3 cup (remove)*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" (remove)Butternut Squash, 4 cup, cubes (remove)*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
Place all in bowl. Toss in olive oil. Spread on baking sheet. Roast at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste (not included in the ingredient list or tracker).
