1 lb. 93% Lean Ground Beef1 c. gluten free corn chex (ground)1 eggSeasonings (I used Italian seasoning, onion powder, crushed rosemary, salt)
Put corn chex & seasoning in food processor and blend thoroughly. Add to lean ground beef & egg and mix thoroughly. Make 4 patties. You can pan fry, bake or grill. I used a nuwave oven. Very yummy
