Crustless Low Carb Key Lime Pie

Ingredients
1/4 cup almond sliversOil spray1/2 cup hot water1 box (8 servings) of lime jello, sugar free6 oz greek yogurt1 T lime juice6 oz of Kefir yogurt cheese4 oz of whipped topping thawed
Directions
In a pie pan or small baking dish distribute the almonds evenly, spray lightly with oil, and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. While the almonds are toasting heat to boiling 1/2 cup water. Pour the lime gelatin in a 4 cup measuring bowl and add the boiling water. Stir until dissolved (about 2 minutes.) Add to the jello the yogurt, Kifer cheese and mix well. Fold in the whipped topping. When the baking dish with the almonds has cooled, pour in the filling and smooth to the edges. Refrigerate for four hours. Serve with additional whipped topping if desired.
