1/2 lb Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 4 oz 1 can Redpack Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles1 can Bush's Black Beans Seasoned Recipe1 tsp Trader Joe's Crushed Garlic1 c frozen corn1 can 99% fat free chicken brothChili powder1/2 c. Salsa
Directions
In a pot brown ground turkey and garlic. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes or longer if you wish.

You can make it as hot or mild as you like. Make 4 BIG servings
