2 pounds ground chickenone box carroll shelby's white chicken chili kitone can- kidney beans - white or redone can tomato sauce - I used no salt added1 1/2 cup quinoa
I browned the ground chicken first and then added this to a crockpot to finish off with the remaining sauce and beans.
I wash the beans before adding them to this chili to wash off any salts that I can.
