venison groundspicy homecanned tomatoes with onions and pepperswhite long grain rice4 green peppers cut in halfshredded cheese optional
Directions
brown venison and add the tomato mixture, add rice and cook till tender about 30mins. In micro wave pan with about 1inch of water cook peppers for 8 mins. Spoon mixture into peppers and bake for about 30 mins
