One rise Spelt bread

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups of hot water1/3 cup Olive Oil1/3 cup Molasses.1 Tbs Yeast1 Tbs Yogurt1/2 cup Organic Rolled Oats3/4 cup Dried Organic Whey Powder1/4 cup Flax seeds ground2 1/2 cups Whole Spelt.*Additional 3-5 cups of White and Whole Spelt Flour mixed.
Directions
Makes 2 loaves
The recipe calculator didn't have spelt flour listed, so I used whole spelt for the calculations, but use the flour, unless you can grind your own.

Put all but the flour with an * into mixer bowl (switch to speed 1 or 2) Mix then change to dough hook.

Add slowly 3-5 cups of White and Whole Spelt Flour mixed.

Add 2 tblspns Salt.

slowly add a little more flour as necessary until the dough pulls cleanly away from the sides of the bowl.

continue kneading on same speed for 5 minutes.

Shape into oiled loaf pans and let rise until the dough doubles in size.

Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until golden brown
