Ingredients
Add coconut milk (optional) in a pan over medium heat. In this recipe, I didn't add any type of milk. However, I started off by sauteeing the garlic (minced), add onions and chicken (cut in cubes). Let it cook for abt 10mins and then add 2 tbsp of Kanokwan Panang Curry Paste and add water. Let it simmer for about another 10mins.You can garnish it with Kaffir Lime leaves
