Banana Cacao Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
1/4 c. each of: -Golden Flax Seeds-Shelled Hemp Seeds-Oatmeal-Raw Cacao Nibs2 Egg Whites2 TBSP Hemp Protein Powder1/2 Large Banana, Mashed1/2 c. Quinoa Flour1/2 c. Water1 tsp. Baking PowderCinnamon to taste
Directions
-Heat a teflon skillet over medium-low heat

-Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stir until blended well
(Add more or less water if need to achieve the proper thick-liquid consistency of pancake batter)

-Pour batter into skillet in roughly 1/4 c. portions;
-Wait until bubbles start to form on the surface of the pancakes (roughly 2-3 minutes)
-Flip and cook an additional 2-3 minutes until brown on both sides.

Serving Size: Makes about 7-8, 2-inch pancakes
