Potato / ham soup - slow cooker

Ingredients
*Potato, raw, 3 cup sliced Baby Carrots, raw, 1 cup, shredded Onions, raw, .50 cup, chopped Ham, regular (11% fat), 1.5 cup, diced Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 3 cup *Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded, 2 cup Chicken Broth, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Salt 1 tsp Pepper 1 tsp Parsley Flakes 1 Tbls Flour 3 Tbls
Directions
Put potatoes, carrots, onions, ham, broth, salt, pepper, parsley in a slow cooker. Mix well. Mix flour and milk together and pour into pot. set on high for 4-5 hours until potatoes are tender. add cheese and mix into pot. When melted - ENJOY!!
