Homemade Chocolate Icecream

Ingredients
2 oz semisweet chocolate2 oz unsweetened chocolate1 1/3 cup sugardash salt3 cups whole milk2 egg yolks1 small can evaporated milk (5 oz)1 cup whipping cream1 T vanilla
Directions
In medium saucepan melt chocolate over low heat. Mix together the sugar, cornstarch and salt. Add to the melted chocolate and then add the milk. Cook over medium heat until mixture begins to simmer. Turn down heat and simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat. In a small bowl beat the two egg yolks. Carefully add a little of the milk mixture to the egg yolks. Mix the egg mixture back into the pan and put back on the heat. On medium heat cook the mixture until it is slightly thickened about two minutes. Remove from heat and add the evaporated milk, cream and vanilla. Cool and then freeze according to icecream maker directions. Serving size is 1/2 cup.
