Chickpea Almond Frosting

Ingredients
3/4 cup well cooked chickpeas1 tbsp dark brown sugar1 tbsp unsweetened almond butter1/2 tsp vanilla1/3 cup powdered sugar1 tbsp cornstarchpinch salt
Directions
Place chickpeas, brown sugar, almond butter and vanilla in a food processor and puree.
Sift in the powdered sugar and cornstarch, and add the salt.
Run the processor until completely smooth.
Scrape into a bowl and chill.
Beat again before spreading.

Serving Size: Will generously frost one 8" cake, the top of one 9x13" cake or 12 cupcakes
