Ingredients:*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp(remove)Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped(remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped(remove)Celery, raw, .25 cup, diced(remove)*Lea & Perrins Worchestershire Sauce, 3 tsp(remove)*Kraft 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 8 oz(remove)Crayfish, 16 oz(remove)Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 cup, shredded(remove)
preheat oven to 350
heat oil in large skillet
add vegetable and pepper and heat until onions are transparent
combine remaining ingredients except cheese and spoon in 1 quart casserole dish
bake 30 minutes
top with cheese and bake 5 more minutes
serve immediately
