1 head broccoli, cut into florets1 head cauliflower, cut into florets1 large onion, diced1 can (family size) cream of chicken soup1 soup can 1% milk8 ounces reduced fat cream cheese6 Kraft Singles1/4 t. nutmeg1/2 t. white pepper
Place all ingredients except cream cheese and singles in slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours. Before serving, stir in cheese until melted.
