Stir together flour and eggs, add milk slowly stirring frequently till there is no lumps, add more milk if needed to make a smooth almost runny dough. Add a pinch of salt and sugar stir.
Heat oil in pan, laddle out dough carefully into pan , so it runs into a circle, bake on both sides till golden brown. Remove from pan onto papertowel let cool slightly. Enjoy with applesauce or fresh/ canned fruit like cherries, blueberries or cinnamon sugar.
