moose soup

Ingredients
2 lbs. moose meat2 c. diced potatoes1 c. each diced: carrots, onion, celerybeef bullion cubes, granuals or soup base to tastewater to cover by an inch or two
Directions
add meat to slow cooker and cook on high over night (or pressure cook for 30 minutes) shred/chop meat into bite sized pieces, return to pot, add remaining ingredients and cook on low to be done at dinner time or on high until veggies are tender
