Butter chickpeas

Ingredients
2 tbsp oil1/4 cup garlic ginger paste3/4 cup crushed tomatoes1/4 cup water2 tsp fenugreek leaves1/3 cup cream2 cups chickpeas1tsp paprika1tsp sugar1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Heat the oil, add the ginger-garlic paste and stir until fragrant - 1 min. Add the tomatoes and the water, bring to a boil and reduce slightly. Add the fenugreek (rub the leaves in your hands to bring out the flavour), the cream and the chickpeas - cook until the chickpeas are heated through - add the remaining seasonings.
