12 Medium Green Peppers (Chopped)12 Medium Red Peppers (Chopped)12 Medium Onions (Chopped) 2 Cups Vinegar 2 Cups Sugar 3 Tbsp Salt
Chop all the vegetables, then put them in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, turn off cover with lid and let sit for 5 minutes then drain. Discard the liquid. Mix the Vinegar, Sugar, and Salt in another pot, bring to a boil, add it to the vegetable mixture and boil all together for 5 minutes. After that you pour into hot jars, wipe the top of your jars and seal. Then listen for them to pop and they are sealed right. :)
