Crawfish Pasta

Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped onion6 cloves garlic (I used minced)1 stick butter1 cup Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt3/4 cup light sour cream1/8 cup lemon juice (to taste)12 oz package of crawfish8 oz pasta (whatever noodle you like, thicker noodles work better)*creole seasoning (tony's or zatarain's)
Directions
Cook pasta as directions on package

saute onion and garlic in melted butter for 5 minutes
add crawfish and saute for 3 minutes
add yogurt and sour cream
*season with about 2 tbsp of creole seasoning to taste

drain pasta and add to sauce
cook on simmer for 10 minutes to thicken sauce
