Ingredients
3 bell peppers, any color2 large onions8 oz. mushrooms1.5 cup precooked rice5 large eggs
Directions
USE WATER
Sautee onions and peppers half way
Add mushrooms
Add rice
Use enough water to heat mixture through
Add eggs, turn off heat
Fold together and eat
