Olive Oil, 3 tbsp Salt, 1 tbsp Water, tap, 0.75 cup (8 fl oz)Flour, white, 2 cupGranulated Sugar, 1 tspYeast, bakers, 1 ounce Egg, fresh, 1 medium Feta Cheese, 1 cup, crumbled Pepper, black, 1 tbspParsley, 0.5 cup
-Heat oven to 375.
-proof the yeast with the sugar & 1 tsp warm water.
-mix the flour,olive oil,salt,yeast & add water gradually until you get a soft dough.let it rest for 1 hour ,then cut into 2 pieces and roll 2 circles.
-put one dough circle in a deep baking pan.
-mix the feta cheese with parsley &egg,season with fresh black pepper & pour it into the prepared pan.
-cover the pan with the other dough circle & make small holes in the dough to let the hot air out when its baked.
-bake it for 30-45 min or until done and the top is browned.
- serve it hot.
