Ingredients:In separate bowl combine and put aside Kraft miracle whip regular, 1 tbsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp Canned Chicken, 56 grams Onion 2 slices raw Sauté Onions, raw, 3 slices Green Peppers, yellow, red (bell peppers), 6 tbsp Garlic 3 cloves Kale 1 cup Topped with Tomatoes, red, raw, 1 slice, medium (1/4" thick) salt and pepper
Cook omelet using add seasoning
1 medium egg whisked evenly added to
heated saute pan, with nonstick cooking spray
when egg is more than half done,
add kale sauté, & chicken mixture on
half of the partly cooked omelet, close omelet with
other half of egg, sprinkled with red pepper, parsley
and topped with raw tomatoes
