Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 medium choppedGreen Peppers, 1 medium, choppedGarlic, 3 clove Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Trader Joe's Beef-less Strips, 1 pkg choppedTomatoes, 3 cups choppedMushrooms, 1 cup choppedRolled Oats, .5 cupBerrien Springs Apple Barbecue Sauce, .5 cupChili Powder, Cayenne, Cumin, Garam Masala, to taste
Directions
Saute onion, pepper, and garlic in the olive oil. Add chopped beef-less strips and heat through. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, and rolled oats. Add the barbecue sauce, and spices. Mix well, cook until thickened.
