Pumpkin Parfait OATS

Ingredients:Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1.5 cupBanana, fresh, 4 medium very ripeOats, 1.5 cups*Altern No Calorie Sweetener (sucralose), 1/2 cup*yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain, 1.5 cups1 cup almond milk2 tsps cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg1/4 tsp ground ginger
Reserve 1 banana and 1/4 cup oats for layering
in a blender add 1/2 can pumpkin 1/2 the yogurt and 1/2 milk and 1.5 bananas blend until smooth dump into a large bowl, add the other 1/2 the ingredients and the spices, blend until smooth, pour into the bowl with the other pumpkin mix, add the oats and stir, in a clear container or small bowls add 1/3 cup pumpkin mix a few slices bananas top with another 1/4 cup pumpkin and top with a few dry oats refrigerate overnight to let flavors meld. This is agreat snack or breakfast
