Chicken and veggies

Ingredients
10 oz frozen veggies20 chicken breast strips(costco)4 C Cooked rice1 TB olive oil3 oz sherry8tsp dijon mustard10 TB soy sauce3 cloves garlic-minced
Directions
in a 9x13 layer veggies, then rice.
Saute' garlic in olive oil. Add chicken strips until browned.
While chicken is cooking mix remaining ingredients in bowl. Blend until smooth.
layer chicken and garlic on rice. Pour sauce over chicken.
Bake at 350 until warmed through-about 20 min.
