1-1/2 cups blanched Almond flour6 tbls Flaxseed meal1/4 tsp sea salt1-1/2 tsp baking soda5 Eggs (Large)1/4 cup coconut oil1 tbls honey1 tbls apple cider vinegar
Place Almond flour, flaxseed meal, salt, baking soda in a food processor. Pulse to mix.
Pulse in eggs, oil, honey and vinegar.
Pour batter into a greased 7.5" X 3.5" loaf pan. (you can use a larger loaf pan but the bread will be flatter)
Bake at 350° for 30 min.
Allow to cool and serve.
Serving Size: 12 slices or more
