Great Vegetable stir fry with ginger sauce

heat oil in a wok or large sauce pan. Saute onions add all remaining vegetables. Close lid, steam on medium heat unti vegetables are disired doneness, stiring occationally.
Mix broth, vinigar, sugar and seasonings. Pour over veggies and bring to a boil. Mix cornstarch with small amount of cold water. Pour into boiling sauce in a small stream, stop when desired thickness is reached.
