3.32 lbs. beef round steak cut up in cubes15 cloves garlic1 large red onion chopped3 carrots chopped5 celery chopped8 oz. mushrooms chopped5 med. red potatoes cut up to desired size1 green bell pepper chopped3 tbsp italian seasoning1 tsp Montreal steak seasoning1 can reduced sodium beef broth2 cans tap water1 tsp sea salt
In a dutch oven brown meat light salt and season. Gradually add onion, carrots, celery, garlic, green pepper, mushrooms, and red potatoes. add 1 can of beef broth and 2 cans of water. Cook covered and med-low heat until done.
