Low Carb Peach Fluff

Ingredients
12 oz. light, low fat peach yogurt1 4-serving size box sugar-free peach Jello-O2 T. mango or peach nectar2 T. water1 c. heavy cream3 slices of peach for garnishpumpkin pie spice and/or dashes of ginger, nutmeg & cinnamon.
Directions
1. Whip the heavy cream until stiff.
2. Boil the nectar & water.
3. Dissolve Jello-O in the liquid.
4. Gently mix yogurt into Jell-O with a whisk.
5. Gently fold in whipped cream.
6. Divide into serving dishes; garnish with a half-slice of sugar-free canned peach & a dusting of pumpkin pie spice. Chill for at least an hour.
