Salmon Patties, creamed potatoes and peas

1 packet water packed salmon (7 oz)1 egg1 cup saltine crumbs1 cup raw onion (chopped)2 tbls butter substitute (I use smart balance)1/2 c white flour2 c nonfat milk1 can peas2 medium potatoes (diced)
Makes 6 servings
Mix salmon, egg, onion and cracker crumbs to form salmon patties. Cook on "Pam" coated griddle 8 minutes per side...medium low heat...patties should be crispy.
Melt butter in sauce pan, add flour to form rue, add milk slowly, stirring until thickened. Add drained peas and cooked potatoe, diced.
Heat and serve
