Low-Cal Banana Muffins

Ingredients
1 c flour1 tbsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/8 tsp kosher salt1 c mashed bananas1/4 c sugar1/4 c applesauce1 egg1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease or line muffin cups.
Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a seperate bowl, beat together bananas, sugar, and egg. Stir in applesauce and vanilla. Stir banana mixture into flour until just combined. Scoop into muffin cups
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center of muffin comes out clean.
