Spelt Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients
1.5 C. whole grain spelt flour1 T. sugar0.5 t. salt2 t. baking powder1.5 t. baking soda1.5 C. lowfat buttermilk2 large eggs2 T. oil or melted butter
Directions
Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients. Mix together briefly (lumps are okay). Cook in butter in a hot skillet. (Butter for cooking not included in calorie count.)
