3 Bean Pizza

Ingredients
1 Tbsp Olive Oil1 onion, chopped3 cloves garlic2 cups (1 can) garbanzo beans1 cup kidney beans1 cup black beans12 oz salsa1 Tbsp cilantroPizza crustShredded cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 425*F.

Heat oil in skillet; add onion and saute 3 minutes. Add garlic; saute 2 minutes. Add beans, salsa and cilantro. Cook until heated through.

Prepare pizza dough. Spread in a circle pizza pan or a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of cheese, then top with bean mixture. Sprinkle remaining cheese over bean mixture and then bake until hot, bubbly, and slightly browned.
