Fruity Chicken Salad

Ingredients
Grapes, 1 cup, seedless, quarteredAlmonds, 3 oz, choppedRaisins, 100 gramsMary's Air Cooled Chicken Breast 16.10 Oz*Best Foods - Real Mayonnaise 240 gramsCelery, raw, 4 stalk, small (5" long), dicedOnion, 2 small slicedGarlic, 1 head, roughly choopped
Directions
Marinate chicken in onion, garlic, and bitter orange juice for 30 min on each side. Poach chicken with 1 C bitter orange (found at int'l mkts), sliced onion and roughly chopped garlic at 350 for 40 minutes. Chop almonds and celery, quarter grapes. Let chicken cool and pull or chop, scoop up the garlic and onion if you like. Combine all ingredients and chill.
