Ingredients
2 cups chopped summer squash1 medium baby zucchini, chopped1 cup chopped green peppers (bell)1 cup chopped sweet red peppers1 cup chopped yellow peppers1 cup chopped tomatoes6 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing
Directions
wash the vegetables,
remove the seeds from the summer squash
chop all the vegetables and place in a large bowl
add the balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing and toss together.
can be served chilled or at room temperature.
