My husband's banana and cranberry bread

Ingredients
• Whole Wheat Flour, 0.75 cup • Flour, white, .75 cup • Baking Powder, 1 tsp • Baking Soda, 1 tsp• Splenda, 24 tsp• Shedd's Spread Country Crock Light (Soft), 2 tbsp• Banana, fresh, 2 medium • Dried Cranberries, Great Value, brand ¼ cup• egg white, fresh, 2 large
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray loaf pan, combine first 4 ingredients. Combine Splenda and rest of ingredients in another bowl. Add to flour mixture until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour batter into loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 30-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes, remove and cool completed on rack.
