Carrott Cup Cake

Ingredients
1 Duncan Hines Spice Cake Mix1 cup of Apple Sauce1 cup of grated carrotts1tsp cinnimon1 egg beaterbaking spray1 low fat cream cheese1cup powder sugar (10 x Sugar)1 tsp vanilla extract1/2 cup pecans chopped
Directions
sift cake mix into large bowl, add egg beaters, apple sauce, cinnimon, mix with a hand mixer fold in carrotts
spray cup cake pans with non stick spray, scoop in mixture into pans pre heat oven to 350 and bake for 18-25 min.
frosting:
add cream cheese, powder sugar,mix until smooth add in vanilla extract, fold in chopped pecans
frost cup cakes when they are cool. If you can wait that long.
