Ingredients
Pears, fresh, 1 pear, small Apples, fresh, 1 small *Dole Pineapple Chunks 100% Pineapple Juice - 1/2 cup Banana, fresh, 1 medium Water, bottled (1/4 to 1/2 cup)Spinach, fresh, 2 cups
Directions
Core and slice apple and pear and place in blender with banana, pineapple, water and spinach - blend until smooth or desired consistency (add more water to thin out or ice to thicken as needed)

    With the amount and variety of fruit, this is more of a fruit smoothie than a green smoothie. Try it using only one of the fruits and adding 1/2- 3/4 c plain or French vanilla Greek yogurt to decrease the carbs and increase the protein. Kaleey, MS, RDN, LD - 7/8/15
